Denis founded TrackCred in 2019 after 30 years of serving the Running / Track & Field community in every role: competitive, media, marketing, business development, retail, finance - and as a mentor / advisor to athletes, startups and organizations.

Denis has spent 15+ years in investment banking and corporate development in Technology, Marketing and Media effecting equity / debt financing and M&A transactions for numerous Media, AdTech, MarTech and FinTech platforms totaling >$4 billion in deal value. His financial services career started at Credit Suisse working with clients like Univision, Hawaiian Telcom, Radio One, Open Solutions and QIWI. In the past five years, he led multiple middle-market sell-side M&A engagements at PALAZZO Investment Bankers, Berkery Noyes and JEGI. Before joining the financial services industry, Denis served in corporate development roles at the National Basketball Association and a number of fast-growing media companies, marketing agencies and entertainment properties.

Denis holds an MBA in Finance with Honors from NYU Stern, a Master’s in Media Management / Integrated Marketing Communications and a Bachelor's in Pre-Med / Exercise Physiology, both from the University of South Carolina. In his spare time, he advises SportsTech start-ups, mentors Olympic athletes and races with his 3-year-old daughter in the jogging stroller.

Bob joined TrackCred in 2020 with 20+ years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, market research, capital markets and asset management. Bob’s focus and key expertise has been working across a variety of internal and external corporate stakeholders in the U.S. and Internationally, including clients like AIG, Areal Bank, DHL, Deutsche Bank, John Deere and Nestle. Most recently, Bob served in executive roles in commercial finance, including with M2 Capital Partners. Bob is a long-time investor and advisor to early-stage software and consumer goods companies in media, entertainment, fitness and wellness verticals, and is excited to pursue this passion deeper via his work with TrackCred.

Bob holds an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, where he lettered in football as a linebacker for the Trojans.

Petra is Vice President of Business Development and Head of Marketing at Own The Room. She joined Own The Room to help the team build partnerships with top clients across the Americas. Prior to her current role, she held senior sales positions at Facebook and Univision Communications working with c-level clients at major national brands. Petra began her career in media on the agency side and then spent ten years at MasterCard International as a product manager and brand strategist with both US and global roles. Petra holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Rochester and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School. She lives in Westchester County, NY with her husband and two boys and plays as much tennis as possible in her spare time.

Petra brings major TrackCred as a tournament-winning tennis player and a mother of an accomplished high school steeplechase runner in Westchester County.


JERRY GOMER

Jerry's career includes a number of business consulting roles, both external and in-house, most recently as the lead of a sales & marketing strategy team with Samsung Electronics’ North America enterprise (B2B) division. Jerry’s background also includes managing the P&L of a test prep tutoring center, building and scaling consumer brands in the adult beverage space, as well as advising Fortune 500 companies on best practices in their multicultural marketing efforts. He currently works as a Director of Sales Enablement & Operations for a boutique Wine & Spirits venture. Jerry holds a BA in Economics from Brandeis University and an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

An avid soccer player in the past, with multiple amateur trophies under his belt, Jerry presently splits his time between Charleston, SC and New York, NY.
